WINKS & KISSES POLICIES
DEPOSITS: Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
LATE POLICY: Please be sure to arrive on time for your appointment. A late fee of $10 will be charged for every 10 minute delay, when a client is late for their scheduled time. In addition, we maintain the right to cancel an appointment if a client is more than 20 minutes late for their scheduled appointment.
NO CALL/NO SHOW POLICY: If a client is a no call/no show for their appointment, your deposit is forfeited and you will be charged the full amount of the service.
EARLY /SUNDAY APPOINTMENT REQUEST: An additional $10 will be added to all appointments (excluding weddings) booked before 8am. An additional $25 will be added to all appointments booked on Sundays
*Payments accepted: Credit Cards, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, and Venmo. (there's a $2 charge for all credit card transactions)
